This price INCLUDES All utilities:  Gas Electric Water Heat, A/C, DSL WI-FI, Cable TV
Does Not Include Telephone or Parking Club Membership

Rent due:  By 7th day of each month. 

Late Fee:  $20.00 due if pay received after the 10th of each month.

Damage Deposit:  One Month’s Rent, Negotiable (May be applied to final month's rent)

Lease Terms:  9 months, Sept 1- 2009 to May 31, 2010  Later if desired per mutual agreement

             Renter Responsibilities:   No Occupants other than those listed on this agreement

          Renter is responsible for upkeep of apartment to include basic care for furniture and
          supplies that come with the apartment/ appliances etc….  .
          Personal Contents' Insurance: Renter is responsible for Renter's Insurance
